Actor Dominic Cooper (Captain America: The First Avenger) was on hand at the Television Critics Association 2014 Winter Tour to promote his upcoming BBC limited series on James Bond creator Ian Fleming. While talking to the press, Cooper was also asked about his involvement in Duncan Jones’ Warcraft movie, which begins filming today. Cooper told IGN, “It’s a mix, it’s a real mix of those worlds crashing together,” when asked how the video game movie compares to the premiere sword and fantasy tv epic of today, Game of Thrones. He continued, “I don’t know the game that well. I’ve come to learn that there is more than 13 million playing the game online, so now I can understand the secrecy around the script and the film. It’s a massive adventure.” Elsewhere, Cooper told Collider, “I’m so excited to work with [Duncan Jones] and the whole project is just massive and kind of exciting. It’s really, really cool. Really good script [I’ll be in] Vancouver for a long time. It’s a very long shoot.”
